The business was formed and registered early in 2016 by Maesela Andries Molala after he successfully assisted
family and friends’ businesses during his leisure time for pleasure. Over and above informally operating as a
business consultant, the owner has acquired extensive business knowledge and experience whilst he was
employed in the manufacturing industry by a multi-national exhaust manufacturing company which he served for over twenty (20) years. The owner’s passion for small business development started in 2003 when he joined the Small Enterprise Development Agency (Seda) in South Africa under the legacy of the National Manufacturing Advisory Centre (NAMAC), where he served for over fourteen (14) years in different key positions.







His over thirty (30) years of knowledge and experience in business has inspired him to start a business consultancy initiative. During his career journey he collaborated with well knowledgeable and experienced business consultants whom he has partnered with as professional associates. The company prides itself on its national networks and its ability to service business in all sectors regardless of size and complexity.
As an added advantage Mr. Molala has attained facilitation, moderation and assessing skills, which are considered to be valuable within the training environment. The owner is a conscientious and tenacious worker, who displays considerable insight in the management of projects. Whilst employed by Seda, Mr. Molala has jointly with his team, developed diagnostic assessment tools and contributed to the development of the proficiency level of
Seda Business Advisors nationally.

MB Consultants has been in operation since 2017 and during this period have established itself in the industry
and build quiet an impressive foot print and database which has made it being recognized in the following
